Job Description
Respond to customer messages and enquiries on WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook.
Help customers choose suitable games for PS4, PS5, and PC.
Share available offers and promotions with customers.
Take customer orders and guide customers through the setup process.
Provide helpful and timely customer support.
Requirements
Strong knowledge of gaming is a must.
Good knowledge of PS4, PS5, PSN, and Steam.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work remotely and respond to customers promptly.
