Ajaawa is seeking a creative and strategic Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager to strengthen its brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and support business growth through effective digital marketing strategies.
Job Description
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with Ajaawa's business objectives.
Manage the company's social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant channels.
Create engaging content, including social media posts, captions, short-form videos, reels, stories, and promotional campaigns.
Develop and manage a consistent social media content calendar.
Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and sales.
Monitor social media engagement, audience growth, website traffic, and campaign performance.
Identify digital marketing opportunities, industry trends, and emerging platforms that can improve brand visibility.
Collaborate with the graphics designer, videographers, and sales team to develop compelling marketing materials.
Support seasonal campaigns, including Christmas hampers, festive produce boxes, promotional offers, and product launches.
Monitor customer feedback, online enquiries, and brand reputation across digital platforms.
Prepare periodic marketing performance reports and recommend strategies for improvement.
Requirements
Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, or a related field.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital advertising, and content marketing.
Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling skills.
Ability to create engaging content and develop innovative marketing campaigns.
Familiarity with social media analytics and advertising tools.
Basic graphic design or video editing skills are an added advantage.
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and deliver measurable results.
Experience in e-commerce, retail, FMCG, or agribusiness is an added advantage.
