Job Summary
Eneight Limited is seeking an experienced Event Manager to oversee event planning and execution, facility operations, client relationships, and service delivery while driving patronage, revenue, and customer retention.
Job Description
Manage client enquiries, bookings, and event schedules.
Coordinate and oversee the successful planning and execution of events and corporate activities.
Develop and implement strategies to increase patronage, revenue, and customer retention.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and service providers.
Supervise staff and ensure efficient day-to-day operations of the facility.
Oversee event logistics, resource allocation, and service delivery standards.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational policies.
Monitor performance, prepare operational reports, and recommend improvements to enhance customer experience and business performance.
Requirements
Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent in Business Administration, Event Management, Marketing, or a related discipline.
Proven experience in event management, facility management, hospitality operations, or a similar role.
Demonstrated ability to drive sales, attract clients, and build strong customer relationships.
Experience supervising teams, coordinating operations, and managing service delivery.
Excellent communication, organizational, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Strong planning, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Experience managing vendors, budgets, schedules, and operational resources is an added advantage.
Certification in Event Management is an added advantage.
First Aid and CPR certification is an added advantage.
Experience within gyms, fitness centres, wellness clubs, or sports facilities is an added advantage.
Knowledge of sponsorship acquisition and partnership development is an added advantage.
