Job Description
Supervise daily restaurant floor operations and staff.
Monitor service quality and guest satisfaction.
Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams during service.
Handle customer complaints professionally and promptly.
Support opening and closing procedures and cash handling.
Requirements
Proven experience in a restaurant or hospitality supervisory role.
Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work under pressure during busy service periods.
