Job Summary
Bolton White Group, a leading hospitality group providing exceptional services across multiple business units, is seeking a detail-oriented and trustworthy Hotel Cashier to handle guest billing, payment transactions, cash reconciliation, and financial records while delivering excellent customer service.
Job Description
Handle guest check-ins/check-outs, billing, and payment transactions accurately.
Process cash, credit card, debit card, and other payment methods in line with hotel policies.
Issue receipts, invoices, and refunds when necessary.
Maintain accurate cash drawers and reconcile transactions at the beginning and end of shifts.
Assist in preparing daily cashier reports, deposits, and financial records.
Respond to guest inquiries about charges, payments, and billing issues.
Support Front Office and Food & Beverage teams in handling guest accounts and room charges.
Follow internal control procedures to prevent fraud and ensure financial compliance.
Maintain the confidentiality of guest and financial information.
Provide courteous and professional service to all guests.
Requirements
Minimum of a B.Sc. in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Previous experience as a cashier, teller, or in a finance role; hospitality experience is preferred.
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
Proficiency in POS systems, hotel management software (e.g. Opera and Micros), and MS Office.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
