We are looking for a versatile professional who can seamlessly combine Social Media Management, Videography, Graphic Design and Website Design to strengthen our brand identity, digital presence and marketing communications.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage and grow the Company's social media platforms.
• Create engaging digital content, including posts, reels, promotional videos and property showcases.
• Handle professional photography, videography and video editing.
• Design attractive graphics, flyers, brochures, banners and other marketing materials.
• Design, update and maintain the Company's website.
• Develop creative digital marketing campaigns to promote the Company's real estate projects and services.
• Monitor online engagement, generate leads and prepare periodic performance reports.
• Ensure consistency in the Company's brand identity and visual communication.
REQUIREMENTS
• Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing.
• Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in relevant design tools.
• Competence in videography, photography and professional video editing.
• Demonstrable website design and management skills.
• Creativity, attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines.
• A portfolio showcasing previous projects and creative works is an added advantage.
