Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and proactive Handyman/Maintenance Officer who is a graduate of Electrical Electronic with practical work experience to support the smooth daily operations of our spa. The ideal candidate will ensure all equipment, facilities, and utilities are functioning properly, creating a safe, clean, and relaxing environment for both clients and staff.
Key Responsibilities
• Carry out routine maintenance and repairs within the spa (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting)
• Ensure proper functioning of spa equipment such as massage beds, steam rooms, water heaters, and pumps
• Fix minor faults like leaking taps, faulty lighting, sockets, doors, and furniture
• Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify and resolve issues early
• Support the setup and maintenance of treatment rooms and relaxation areas
• Liaise with external technicians/vendors when major repairs are required
• Maintain tools and ensure proper usage and storage
• Keep records of maintenance activities and report major issues to management
Requirements & Qualifications
• Minimum of BSC/HND/technical/vocational certification
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, and general repairs
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems quickly
• Physically fit and capable of handling manual work
• Trustworthy, responsible, and detail-oriented
