Job Summary
MEJITHEBRAND BOUTIQUE, located in Wuye, is seeking a smart, articulate, customer-focused, and social media-savvy individual to join its team as a Customer Service / Sales Representative.The successful candidate will be responsible for attending to walk-in and online customers, processing orders, maintaining accurate sales records, and managing inventory.
Responsibilities
* Attend to walk-in and online customer enquiries and orders through Instagram, WhatsApp, and other social media platforms.
* Maintain accurate records of daily sales.
* Handle stock-taking and inventory management.
* Package and coordinate the dispatch of customer orders.
* Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
* BSc/HND qualification.
* Must have completed NYSC.
* Excellent command of spoken and written English.
* Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
* Must be proficient in social media usage.
* Knowledge of stock-taking and inventory management.
* Must reside in Wuye, Wuse, Jabi, Utako, or other areas close to Wuye.
* Previous work experience is an added advantage.
Work Schedule & Benefits
* Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday – Saturday).
* Days Off: 2 days off biweekly after the training period.
* Salary: ₦130,000 monthly.
* Additional performance-based incentives and allowances.
