Job Summary
A fashion brand located at Shoprite, Lugbe, Abuja, is seeking smart, confident, and customer-focused Sales Representatives to attend to customers, promote products, drive sales, and manage customer enquiries both physically and online.
Job Description
Attend to customers and provide excellent customer service.
Promote and sell fashion products.
Respond to WhatsApp and social media enquiries.
Follow up with customers and convert enquiries into sales.
Assist customers with product selection and measurements.
Build and maintain good customer relationships.
Requirements
Smart, presentable, and professional.
Good communication, sales, and persuasion skills.
Friendly, patient, and customer-focused.
Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn.
Ability to attend to customers physically and online.
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or fashion is an advantage.
Must be able to work flexible shifts.
Applicants should reside within Lugbe or nearby areas.
Work Schedule: Shift basis, Monday to Friday, with one day off during the week. Weekends are also on a shift basis.
