A reputable organisation is seeking a responsible, organised, and proactive Facility Manager to oversee daily property operations, supervise facility staff, coordinate maintenance activities, and ensure the property is properly maintained.
Job Description:
Manage daily property operations.
Supervise cleaners, security guards, and technicians.
Monitor cleanliness, repairs, and general maintenance.
Conduct regular property inspections.
Attend to residents' concerns and complaints.
Prepare weekly facility management reports.
Coordinate contractors and maintenance activities.
Ensure the property is well-maintained and operational.
Requirements:

Must reside in Mpape or its environs.
Experience in facility or property management is an advantage.
Must be responsible, honest, organised, and proactive.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to supervise and manage staff effectively.
