Job Summary:
Lauvee Beauty Salon, a beauty and wellness establishment offering hairstyling, braiding, lash extensions, wig installations, and other beauty services, is seeking an experienced and disciplined individual to fill the position of Salon Manager.
The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, supervise staff, maintain service standards, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
Job Description:
Oversee daily salon operations and ensure efficient service delivery.
Supervise staff, assign duties, monitor performance, and promote accountability.
Ensure staff maintain professionalism, punctuality, and proper personal presentation.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and organization.
Monitor customer service and handle complaints professionally.
Coordinate appointments, client flow, and service delivery.
Ensure staff adhere to established service procedures and standards.
Identify operational challenges and implement practical solutions.
Monitor staff productivity and improve customer retention.
Work with management to improve operational efficiency.
Prepare regular reports on salon operations and staff performance.
Requirements:
Proven experience in salon management, spa management, hospitality, or a similar service-based management role.
Strong leadership and staff supervision skills.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Good conflict-resolution and customer service skills.
High standards of professionalism, cleanliness, and attention to detail.
Ability to enforce rules fairly and manage staff effectively.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Basic computer skills.
Familiarity with appointment booking systems and business management software is an advantage.
Must be disciplined, proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented.
