Salary: ₦120,000 per month

Job Summary:

Avocado Virtual Solutions (AVS), a recruitment and business support agency, is seeking a creative and proactive Content Creator to develop engaging lifestyle and business content for a founder managing multiple businesses. The successful candidate will create photos, videos, reels, and stories that capture daily activities, business operations, events, and behind-the-scenes moments while maintaining a consistent brand identity.

Job Description:

Create daily content, including photos, videos, reels, stories, and captions.

Capture daily activities, meetings, events, product launches, and behind-the-scenes moments.

Develop lifestyle and business content while maintaining each brand's identity.

Plan and maintain a content calendar.

Shoot, edit, and publish engaging content promptly.

Write creative captions and scripts.

Monitor content performance and improve content strategies.

Manage and organise content files across different businesses.

Attend events and capture relevant content when required.

Requirements:

Proven experience creating content for a personal brand or business.

Must provide a portfolio or samples of previous work.

Strong creativity, visual storytelling, and attention to detail.

Good short-form video shooting and editing skills.

Ability to manage different brands and content styles.

Good writing skills for captions and scripts.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Comfortable attending events and interacting with people.

Photography and videography skills are an added advantage.

Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, or similar content creation tools is an advantage.

Experience managing content for a founder's or executive's personal brand is an added advantage.

Work Schedule:

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (On-site and Remote).

On-site Days: Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday.

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

Occasional weekend availability may be required for events.
