Salary: ₦100,000 – ₦150,000 monthly basic salary, plus performance-based commission.
Job Summary:
Poshpearl Smart Living Limited is seeking a proactive, target-driven, and results-oriented Field Sales Executive to drive sales, identify new business opportunities, engage potential customers, and convert leads into sales.
Job Description:
- Identify and generate new sales leads through field visits and customer engagement.
- Promote the company's products and services to prospective customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct product presentations and negotiate sales deals.
- Follow up on leads, close sales, and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2–3 years' proven field sales experience.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales-closing skills.
- Ability to identify prospects and convert leads into paying customers.
- Strong interpersonal and customer relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Experience in real estate, electronics, or security systems is an added advantage.
