Job Description:
Promote and sell the company's products and services.
Attend to customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable products.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Follow up on sales leads and convert prospects into customers.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions.
Ensure products are properly displayed and the sales area remains presentable.
Requirements:
Minimum of OND or HND/BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Previous sales or customer service experience is an advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service and persuasion abilities.
Target-driven, proactive, and well-organized.
