Job Description
Responsibilities:
Handle customer enquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, and social media.
Explain smart locks, cameras, and home automation products to customers.
Collaborate with the Sales, Inventory, and Technical teams.
Requirements:
HND/BSc in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience in customer service.
Familiarity with CRM/Odoo ERP is an advantage.
