Responsibilities:
Source and purchase food items, beverages, and other supplies.
Identify reliable suppliers and negotiate prices.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment.
Ensure purchased items meet quality standards.
Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation.
Coordinate with kitchen and management teams to meet operational needs.
Requirements:
Previous experience in purchasing, procurement, or inventory management is an advantage.
Good negotiation and communication skills.
Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities.
Basic knowledge of inventory management and supplier relations.
Honesty, attention to detail, and cost-consciousness.
