Responsibilities:
Assist the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations.
Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate food preparation.
Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation.
Monitor kitchen inventory, food costs, and wastage.
Enforce food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
Support menu planning and staff training.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a senior kitchen role.
Culinary training or relevant professional experience.
Strong leadership and kitchen management skills.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards.
