Musada Hotels and Luxury Suites, a 4-star hotel in Abuja offering luxury hospitality services, is seeking an experienced and reliable Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and orderliness across guest rooms and hotel facilities.
Job Description
Clean and prepare assigned guest rooms and bathrooms to hotel standards, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and making beds with fresh linen.
Restock towels, toiletries, and other room amenities.
Clean corridors, stairwells, lifts, and other public areas as assigned.
Collect, sort, and deliver soiled linen and laundry as directed.
Report maintenance issues, damage, spills, or safety hazards promptly to the supervisor and Maintenance Department.
Hand in lost-and-found items and report them appropriately.
Respond politely and promptly to guest requests.
Follow hotel safety, hygiene, and confidentiality policies, and use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely.
Keep trolleys and equipment clean and organized.
Requirements
SSCE, HND, OND, or Bachelor's Degree qualification.
2–4 years of proven work experience.
Good attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.
Honesty, integrity, and a strong sense of responsibility.
Physical fitness, as the role involves standing, bending, lifting, and pushing trolleys for extended periods.
Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as needed.
Good communication skills and a courteous, guest-friendly attitude.
