Job Description
Manage the company's social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
Create, shoot, and edit engaging videos, including reels, promotional videos, and product videos.
Develop creative content ideas aligned with the company's brand and marketing objectives.
Design attractive graphics, flyers, and promotional materials.
Plan, schedule, and publish social media content consistently.
Monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages, and interact with followers.
Develop strategies to increase followers, engagement, brand awareness, and sales.
Stay updated on social media trends and incorporate relevant trends into content creation.
Track performance and provide regular reports on engagement and audience growth.
Collaborate with management to promote products, services, and marketing campaigns.
Requirements
OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
Strong skills in video shooting, production, and editing.
Proficiency in CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar video editing tools.
Knowledge of Canva or other graphic design tools.
Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and current social media trends.
Good communication, creativity, and organizational skills.
