Recruit with Adenike is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Operations Officer to conduct field inspections across assigned markets, verify market activities, and ensure compliance with established operational standards.
Job Description
Conduct market penetration sampling checks across assigned markets.
Inspect merchant promotional materials to ensure compliance with established guidelines.
Verify the accuracy of top merchant tagging.
Take photographs, document findings, and submit accurate inspection reports.
Complete inspections in each market within seven days before proceeding to the next market.
Maintain independence and impartiality when conducting inspections and reporting findings.
Travel frequently between cities and independently assess market conditions.
Requirements
Minimum of HND or BSc.
Experience in field operations, quality inspection, or quality assurance is an advantage.
Willingness to travel frequently between cities and markets.
High integrity, honesty, and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and prepare accurate reports.
Ability to remain objective and avoid favoritism toward Business Development (BD) staff.
