Job Summary
We are seeking a responsible, friendly, and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team at Maitama Shopping Complex, Abuja. Both male and female candidates are welcome to apply.
The ideal candidate should be willing to learn, attend to customers professionally, maintain accurate sales records, and manage inventory effectively.
Key Responsibilities
* Attend to customers politely and assist them with their purchases.
* Promote products and drive sales.
* Maintain accurate daily sales records.
* Monitor inventory and keep track of stock levels.
* Ensure the shop is neat, clean, and well-organized.
* Report stock shortages and provide regular sales updates to management.
* Deliver excellent customer service.
Requirements and Qualifications
* Minimum qualification: SSCE or National Diploma (ND).
* 0–2 years of relevant work experience.
* Previous sales or customer service experience is an added advantage.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Basic numeracy and record-keeping skills.
* Honesty, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
* Willingness to learn and adapt to the role.
No extensive experience is required. On-the-job training will be provided, making this a suitable opportunity for candidates who are eager to learn and grow.
