Job Description
- Generate leads and identify potential property buyers.
- Market the company's properties through direct sales and digital platforms.
- Arrange and conduct property inspections for prospective clients.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into completed sales.
- Use WhatsApp Business and Instagram to promote properties and run advertisements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including high-net-worth individuals.
- Work towards achieving weekly and monthly sales targets.
Requirements
- Minimum of OND or B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of proven experience in real estate marketing and direct sales.
- Ability to generate leads, conduct property inspections, and close sales.
- Proficiency in using WhatsApp Business and Instagram for marketing and advertising.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of self-motivation and commitment to achieving sales targets.
