Job Summary
Bravies Homz Limited is seeking an experienced Head of Telesales to lead its telephone-based sales operations, supervise telesales agents, improve conversion rates, and achieve revenue targets. The successful candidate will develop sales strategies, monitor team performance, coach agents, and convert prospective customers into paying clients.
Job Description
- Develop and implement telesales strategies to generate leads and increase revenue.
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for telesales agents.
- Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate telesales team members.
- Develop call scripts, sales pitches, objection-handling guides, and follow-up procedures.
- Monitor calls and coach agents to improve communication and sales performance.
- Manage customer databases, lead lists, call schedules, and follow-up activities.
- Track call volumes, conversion rates, and sales revenue.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business objectives.
- Ensure professional handling of customer enquiries and complaints.
- Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular performance reports.
- Recommend incentive programmes to motivate the telesales team.
- Monitor team attendance, punctuality, productivity, and compliance with company policies.
Requirements
- Minimum of HND or BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, call centre operations, or direct sales.
- At least 2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience is preferred.
- Experience using CRM systems and call monitoring tools.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Strong telephone sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer relationship management skills.
- Good leadership, coaching, analytical, and organisational abilities.
- Ability to motivate and manage a target-driven team.
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
