Ruby Premium Mining and Earth Engineering Limited is seeking a responsible and reliable Operations & Logistics Officer / Driver to coordinate daily operational activities, manage transportation, drive company vehicles, and support logistics and administrative assignments.
Job Description
Coordinate day-to-day operational activities.
Transport staff, documents, equipment, and materials.
Drive company vehicles safely and responsibly.
Conduct routine vehicle checks and report maintenance needs.
Transport staff to project and field locations.
Coordinate logistics for meetings, site visits, and official assignments.
Support the procurement and delivery of materials when required.
Maintain accurate vehicle and movement records.
Liaise with vendors, clients, and field personnel.
Assist management with official errands and operational assignments.
Ensure company vehicles are clean and properly maintained.
Perform other duties assigned by management.
Requirements
OND/HND in Business Administration, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field is an advantage.
Valid Nigerian driver's licence.
2–4 years of driving experience, preferably in a corporate or company environment.
Good knowledge of Abuja and surrounding areas.
Experience in mining, engineering, construction, or logistics is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Physically fit, responsible, and reliable.
Ability to work flexible hours when required.
Demonstrable safe driving habits and good knowledge of road safety regulations.
