Job Summary
Kids R’ Key Academy is seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Science Instructor to introduce young learners to scientific concepts through practical activities, demonstrations, experiments, and interactive lessons.
Job Description
Teach basic scientific concepts using engaging and practical teaching methods.
Prepare lesson plans and adapt lessons to suit different age groups.
Conduct simple demonstrations and experiments to enhance learning.
Encourage curiosity, critical thinking, observation, and problem-solving.
Assess pupils’ understanding and monitor their academic progress.
Maintain effective classroom management and a supportive learning environment.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or HND in Science Education, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Integrated Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years’ teaching experience, preferably in a nursery or primary school.
Ability to explain scientific concepts through practical and interactive lessons.
Experience teaching young learners and adapting lessons to different age groups.
Strong classroom management, communication, organisation, and lesson-planning skills.
Ability to encourage curiosity, critical thinking, observation, and problem-solving.
