Job Description
Welcome and assist customers in-store and online.
Promote and sell luxury wall art, home décor, and interior products.
Follow up on customer inquiries and convert leads into sales.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Process orders and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Meet monthly sales targets.
Create engaging content for TikTok and Instagram.
Assist with social media engagement and product promotion.
Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous sales or retail experience is an added advantage.
Confident, well-presented, and customer-oriented.
Strong negotiation and sales-closing skills.
Good knowledge of social media, especially TikTok and Instagram.
Ability to create engaging content that promotes products and attracts customers.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
