Job Summary
We are seeking a creative Social Media/Content Creator Executive to produce engaging content that showcases our properties, strengthens our online presence, and attracts prospective buyers and investors.
Job Description
* Develop and maintain a monthly social media content calendar.
* Create engaging property videos, reels, stories, captions, and other digital content.
* Capture and edit content that reflects the brand's identity and showcases its properties.
* Publish approved content and engage with audiences across social media platforms.
* Track content performance and identify potential leads from social media enquiries.
Requirements
* OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
* 2–4 years of relevant social media management or content creation experience.
. Proficiency in short-form video creation, copywriting, and basic video editing.
* Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and relevant content creation tools such as Canva and CapCut.
* Strong storytelling, creativity, communication, and organizational skills; real estate or luxury-brand experience is an advantage.
