We are seeking a proactive Business Sales Executive to generate leads, promote our properties, build client relationships, and convert sales opportunities into successful transactions.
Job Description
- Generate and follow up on property sales leads through networking, referrals, and online platforms.
- Promote properties and communicate their features and benefits to prospective clients.
- Schedule property inspections, engage prospects, and support negotiations.
- Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular updates on leads and sales progress.
- Build strong client relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, OND or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, Sales, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of relevant sales, marketing, or business development experience
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to generate leads, follow up with prospects, and meet sales targets.
- Previous real estate sales experience is an added advantage.
