We are seeking a competent and proactive IT Officer to provide technical support, maintain IT infrastructure, and ensure the smooth operation of computer systems and technology within the organization.
Job Description
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and IT equipment.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and internet connectivity issues.
Provide technical support to staff and minimize disruptions to daily operations.
Maintain and monitor the company's IT infrastructure.
Manage user accounts, access permissions, data backups, and basic system security.
Maintain IT equipment records and ensure proper use of company technology.
Recommend technological solutions to improve efficiency.
Requirements
B.Sc. in Computer Science.
Proven knowledge and practical experience in IT support and troubleshooting.
Good understanding of computer hardware, software, networking, and system maintenance.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple technical tasks.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Relevant IT qualifications or certifications are an advantage.
