Job Summary:
A Fashion House in Abuja is seeking a courteous, organized, and customer-focused Customer Tailor Assistant to support customer consultations, take accurate measurements, coordinate fittings, and ensure customers receive well-fitted garments and an exceptional service experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome customers and assist with enquiries regarding tailoring services, designs, and garment orders.
Take and accurately record customers’ body measurements and style preferences.
Assist customers during fittings and communicate necessary alterations to the tailoring team.
Record customer orders, specifications, delivery dates, and special requests.
Follow up on orders to ensure timely completion and delivery.
Coordinate with tailors to ensure garments meet customers’ specifications and fitting expectations.
Handle customer feedback professionally and help resolve fitting or service-related concerns.
Maintain accurate customer records and ensure proper organization of measurement and order files.
Uphold the brand’s standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and premium customer service.
Requirements:
Must be a graduate. Experience in fashion design, Business Administration, or a related field are an advantage.
Previous experience in customer service, tailoring, fashion retail, or garment fittings is desirable.
Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Basic knowledge of body measurements, garment fitting, and tailoring terminology.
Strong attention to detail, patience, and a customer-oriented attitude.
Professional appearance and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced fashion environment.
