Job Description
Attend to customer enquiries and drive sales.
Follow up with customers and close sales effectively.
Manage WhatsApp, Instagram and other online customer enquiries.
Create engaging social media content to promote products and services.
Provide excellent customer service and work with minimal supervision.
Requirements
Female candidates aged 22–30 years.
Minimum of HND qualification.
Strong sales and customer service skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in WhatsApp, Instagram and online customer engagement.
Good content creation skills.
Intelligent, proactive, punctual and responsible.
Previous sales experience is an advantage.
Preferably resides close to Utako, Abuja.
Must be willing to work for at least one year.
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM
