Role Overview

Timishades Empire is seeking a confident, result-oriented Sales Marketer to join our real estate team. The successful candidate will be responsible for attracting prospective buyers, marketing available land and property listings, converting leads into clients, and driving property sales. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Market and promote the company’s available land and property listings to prospective buyers.

• Identify, source, and generate leads through networking, referrals, online platforms, and direct outreach.

• Engage potential clients, understand their needs, and recommend suitable properties.

• Arrange and attend property inspections and site visits with prospective buyers.

• Follow up with leads, negotiate with interested clients, and facilitate the closing of sales.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage referrals and repeat business.

• Meet assigned sales targets and contribute to the company’s revenue growth.

• Stay informed about property locations, prices, payment plans, and other relevant real estate market trends.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities.

• Represent Timishades Empire professionally during client meetings, inspections, and other business engagements.

Requirements

• Previous experience in real estate sales, marketing, or business development is an advantage.

• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to attract prospective buyers and convert leads into sales.

• Good knowledge of sales techniques, lead generation, and customer relationship management.

• Confidence in engaging clients and conducting property presentations.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

• Willingness to attend property inspections and meet prospective clients when required.

• Familiarity with social media marketing and digital lead generation is an added advantage.

• A diploma or degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, or a related field is an advantage.
