Job Summary
Interrand Homes & Properties Limited, a real estate and construction company, is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee HR operations, improve workplace systems, manage employee performance, and ensure compliance with company policies across its locations.
Job Description
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems.
Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance management, promotions, and exit processes.
Monitor staff KPIs, productivity, attendance, and employee conduct.
Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws and maintain confidential staff records.
Coordinate staff training, development, and workforce planning.
Prepare HR reports and advise management on workforce matters.
Promote a professional, ethical, and performance-driven work culture across all branches.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree/HND in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years' relevant HR experience, preferably in a managerial or supervisory role.
HR certification such as CIPM, SHRM, or HRCI is an advantage.
Experience in real estate or construction is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and Nigerian labour laws.
Excellent leadership, communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR documentation systems.
High level of integrity, confidentiality, professionalism, and sound judgement.
