Job Description
Oversee daily operations across farms, roasteries, cafés, and restaurants.
Develop operational plans, budgets, and performance targets aligned with business goals.
Manage production, procurement, supply chains, inventory, and distribution.
Drive profitability, cost control, and financial performance across business units.
Lead business expansion, new outlet openings, and wholesale growth.
Develop operational procedures and systems to improve efficiency.
Supervise and develop managers while ensuring regulatory compliance, product quality, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations, Agribusiness, Hospitality, or a related field. An MBA is an advantage.
8–12 years of relevant experience, including at least 4 years in a senior operations role within F&B, hospitality, retail, or FMCG.
Proven experience managing multi-unit operations.
Farm operations or agro-processing experience is an advantage.
Strong financial management, leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Proficiency in ERP/POS systems and reporting tools.
