Job Description
Handle customer enquiries via phone, email and WhatsApp.
Promote company products and engineering services to prospective clients.
Convert leads into sales and follow up on customer requests.
Manage client relationships, corporate accounts and interaction records.
Guide customers on suitable technical products and solutions.
Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
Requirements
BSc/HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or a related field.
2–3 years’ experience in customer service and sales, preferably in engineering, construction or oil and gas.
Excellent communication, persuasion and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage client relationships.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM tools and business software.
Familiarity with Abuja’s corporate and industrial business environment is an advantage.
