Job Summary
Ren San & Co., a business support and brand strategy firm, is seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager to oversee daily operations at a luxury hospitality property. The successful candidate will lead operational teams, maintain high hospitality standards, improve processes, and ensure efficient facility management with minimal supervision.
Job Description
Oversee daily operations across front desk, housekeeping, kitchen, maintenance, security, drivers, and other facility teams.
Supervise the Operations Manager and provide leadership to operational staff.
Develop and improve operational systems, checklists, and standard operating procedures.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure apartments and facilities meet luxury hospitality standards.
Handle escalated guest complaints and resolve staff conflicts.
Monitor operational costs, support budgeting, and maintain accurate records.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management.
Identify operational challenges and recommend effective solutions.
Support operational planning, forecasting, and strategic decision-making.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or HND in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
5–8 years of relevant experience in hospitality operations, hotel management, luxury serviced apartments, or short-let management.
At least 2–3 years in a senior or managerial leadership role.
Experience supervising operational staff and facility teams.
Experience in property renovation, remodeling, or construction-related supervision is an advantage.
Proven ability to manage operations independently with minimal supervision.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational reporting tools.
Must be based in Abuja and available for full-time, on-site work.
Must be flexible to meet operational demands outside standard working hours.
Must be available to resume immediately.
