Travicon Global Services Limited, an HR consultancy firm providing recruitment, talent management, and workforce solutions, is seeking a Finance Officer to manage financial transactions, maintain accurate records, prepare financial reports, and oversee inventory and stock reconciliation.
Job Description
Manage daily financial transactions, cash flow, and bank reconciliations.
Prepare financial reports and maintain accurate financial records.
Monitor expenses, budgets, payments, and cash flow.
Track inventory, stock levels, purchases, usage, and costs.
Reconcile physical stock with inventory records.
Ensure compliance with financial policies and applicable tax regulations.
Requirements
BSc or HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in finance, accounting, or bookkeeping.
Knowledge of financial reporting, bank reconciliation, and inventory management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
Strong numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Experience in retail, fitness, or inventory-based businesses is an added advantage.
