Job Summary:
Resurgir Consulting is recruiting an experienced HR Officer for a healthcare facility in Abuja to support workforce management and HR operations.
Job Description:
Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
Maintain staff records, attendance, leave, and other HR documents.
Handle employee relations, grievances, and workplace concerns.
Support performance appraisals, staff training, and development.
Ensure compliance with HR policies and applicable labour laws.
Coordinate staff welfare and workforce planning.
Prepare HR reports and provide administrative support to management.
Requirements:
Master’s degree in Humanities or a related discipline.
2–4 years of relevant HR experience.
Mandatory HR experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.
HR-related certification or professional training.
Strong communication, organisational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple responsibilities.
