Job Summary:
Reine Beauty, a fem3le hair salon in Guzape, Abuja, is seeking an organised, competent, and customer-focused Front Desk Manager to oversee daily salon operations, manage appointments, coordinate staff, and ensure excellent customer service.
Job Description:
Manage daily salon operations and client appointments.
Handle customer service, payments, and financial records.
Coordinate staff and maintain client records.
Monitor inventory and salon supplies.
Respond to social media direct messages.
Support marketing, promotions, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Fem3le applicants only.
Must live in or around Guzape, Asokoro, or nearby areas.
Honest, hardworking, competent, and detail-oriented.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong organisational and critical-thinking skills.
Willingness to learn and an interest in hair care.
Work Schedule: Monday, Wednesday–Sunday; Tuesday off. 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
