Job Description:
Guide clients through workout routines and exercise techniques.
Develop and supervise fitness training sessions.
Motivate clients and monitor their progress towards fitness goals.
Ensure clients exercise safely and use proper techniques.
Provide professional support and maintain positive client relationships.
Requirements:
Good knowledge of fitness training, workout routines, and exercise techniques.
Confidence in coaching clients and guiding them towards their fitness goals.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional, energetic, and customer-focused attitude.
Previous experience in fitness training is an added advantage.
