Define and execute overall commercial and corporate strategy from ground-up
Lead negotiations for C&I solar, PPAs, and government energy contracts
Build and manage investor, DFI, and strategic partner relationships
Establish and lead executive leadership team including CFO, CCO, and technical heads
Oversee project development, licensing, SPV structuring, and execution
Drive fundraising activities including Series A and project financing
Ensure delivery of quarterly performance targets and Board reporting
Manage financial discipline, governance, and operational compliance
Lead acquisition of land, feasibility studies, and project readiness for construction
Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
Minimum of 10 years’ leadership experience
At least 5 years in Director, CEO, or Managing Director role
Strong track record in closing high-value deals in energy or infrastructure
Proven experience with Development Finance Institutions (DFIs)
Deep understanding of Nigeria’s power sector, including NERC, DISCOs, and C&I solar
Experience with SPVs, PPAs, and project finance structures
Demonstrated ability to build and scale high-performance teams
Experience in investor-backed or high-revenue organizations (₦500M+) preferred
Strong governance, negotiation, and executive leadership capability
Verifiable deal-closing track record is mandatory
