Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, focusing on corporate accounts, expats, relocation companies, and leisure travelers requiring extended stays.
• Identify and prospect new business opportunities through cold calling, networking events, site visits, and industry partnerships.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including corporate travel managers, HR departments, relocation firms, and travel agencies.
• Conduct property tours, presentations, and familiarization visits for potential clients to showcase apartment features and services.
• Negotiate contracts, rates, and corporate agreements for long-term bookings while ensuring profitability and alignment with revenue goals.
• Manage existing accounts to upsell additional services, renew contracts, and increase repeat business.
• Collaborate with revenue management to optimize pricing, availability, and promotional offers.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to identify growth opportunities in the extended-stay sector.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipelines using CRM tools to track performance and inform decision-making.
• Participate in trade shows, industry events, and sales blitzes to promote the serviced apartments portfolio.
• Work closely with operations teams to ensure seamless client experiences and high satisfaction levels.
• Monitor and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as occupancy rates, average length of stay, and revenue per available unit.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• 2+ years of sales experience in hospitality, ideally in hotels, serviced apartments, corporate housing, or extended-stay accommodations.
• Proven track record in B2B sales, account management, and meeting/exceeding revenue targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Excellent relationship-building abilities with a client-focused approach.
• Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and property management systems.
• Knowledge of the serviced apartments/extended-stay market, including corporate travel trends.
• Commercially minded with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
